Did an online check-in for my son's appointment at 1:30pm. , with an estimated wait of 44 minutes, but couldn't get a confirmation. I tried to call to get a verification, but phone rang like it was a fax machine. Received confirmation on my phone a couple minutes later. When we got to the Ooltewah location, my son's name wasn't on the list. I waited for eight minutes to even get noticed at the front before Mckenzie came over. I told her I had an online check-in and she said that since only one customer was waiting, one of them would take care of my son next. Well, three people came in and two got taken before my son. I asked why we were skipped and the other stylist said "They checked-in on line", which is what I had done! We left and went to the location in Hixson, whose staff was very professional. This experience was so disappointing because my son and I were ignored then lied to at Ooltewah.

I usually bring my boys to the Hamilton sport clips location quite a bit cause they have always been awesome but I just took my boys in for a hair at 7:15pm on 11/11/19 and I asked if they would have time to cut my boys hair and the woman up front said can you see the list and walked back to the back. Very unprofessional and she has no customer service. This is the only time I have had a problem with this location and she really got under my skin. I won’t be back just how that lady treated me. She might of been having a bad day but you should not treat your customers that way who is giving her a pay check. Sorry sport clips.
